New York in January is a cold place, the wind is funneled inbetween the buildings and you are quickly reminded of the tempratures when you take a walk. all the people you see on the street are wrapped up in thick warm clothes and earwarmers seem like a fashion statement as almost everybody is wearing them. I was in NYC this January to visit NRF 2015. This is a big conference dedicated to all things retail, and needless to say my main interest was the technology related to that.

It’s funny to be part of the working crowd in this city for a couple of days. In between all the meetings you move about with a cab or subway. And sometimes you just walk a couple of blocks in freezing conditions. While the actions are not That different from working in a city back home, somehow it feels quite different in New York. There is a different vibe to it. I can’t put my finger on it but I guess that’s just the magic of the city. Unfortunately I didn’t get to spend a whole lot of personal time on this trip so all the pictures I wantes to take never happend. But I did manage to snap a few with my phone. I’ll be back here for sure!
